Great cocktails, we loved the huckleberry Lemon Drop! I also enjoyed the grilled peach salad, though it was a small portion. Our server and other staff were helpful and kind.
We walked in on a Saturday night and were seated at the bar right away. We had 2 great cocktails, Huckleberry Lemonade and Moscow Muel. I had a cup of lobster bisque, then we had a Rainbow Trout and a Stuffed Prawn. We ended with a scoop of Huckleberry Sundae and a scoop of salted caramel ice cream.
Best restaurant in West Yellowstone. Does not accept reservations. Show up between 5-5:30 or ensure the wait!! We sat at the bar and enjoyed great service. The beer recommendations were spot on throughout our dinner. For dinner my daughter picked the kids grilled chicken and mashed potatoes. She loved the potatoes so much, she took a second helping home. My wife and I picked the bison meatloaf and Idaho rainbow trout. Both were delicious, but we would have to give the edge to the meatloaf. It was outstanding. When we come back to do another section of Yellowstone we will definitely eat here again.
Very impressed with this spot! Convenient location in West Yellowstone and great food. The chicken prosciutto was amazing and the Madison crossing salad was solid as well. Service was great as well. Highly recommend!
We had a nice dinner at Madison Crossing after a day of traveling to Yellowstone. My wife and I both opted for the rainbow trout, mainly because you don't see it often on menus in LA. It looks and tastes like salmon, and is basically delicious. For dessert, we shared a blueberry bread pudding with ice cream that was also really good. This place gets busy and doesn't take reservations in the summer, but it's totally worth it.
You cannot go wrong by choosing this restaurant for dinner. Another couple waiting suggested we get the Bison Tenderloin. It was perfectly cooked medium rare and just - chefs kiss- so good no words. Husband got the Elk Osso Bucco special. It was a 10/10. We shared the Idaho trout cakes for an appetizer. Takes similar to salmon but lighter. For dessert we split the blueberry bread pudding. It was fantastic. Our server and bar tender were very friendly and helpful with our food and drink choices. We would definitely go back again!
